Bettina Brown is an attorney in the firm’s residential closing practice. Practicing for over 25 years, Bettina has handled many different aspects of real estate law. Her experience includes work with foreclosures, landlord/tenant issues, seller representation in relocation transactions, title insurance and claims, as well as traditional real estate closings.
In addition to serving the Buckhead area, Bettina is the preferred closing attorney for the Serenbe Development in Chattahoochee Hills and Red Door Realty Group in College Park.
Bettina is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Fayette County Board of REALTORS®, the Newnan-Coweta Board of REALTORS® and the Fayette County Chapter of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®.
Bettina has three children, Quin, Grace, and Garnet.
