Chris G. Boedeker

Chris Boedeker, a partner at the firm, counsels clients on all aspects of residential real estate closings and refinances including review and clearance of titles, review and preparation of loan closing packages, and issuing title insurance policies for major title companies. He works with lenders, buyers and sellers to ensure a smooth closing process and serve as a resource for closing related issues.

Prior to joining the Firm, Chris maintained his own legal practice representing individuals, developers and banks in real property transactions and litigation.  Earlier in his career, he helped to organize the Lilburn Community Improvement District and was a Development Officer for the United Way of Metropolitan Atlanta.

Chris is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Real Property Section. He is admitted to all Georgia county and municipal courts, Court of Appeals of Georgia, Supreme Court of Georgia and the United States District Court, Northern District of Georgia.

He is active in local politics and served on the Brookhaven Planning Commission (2014 – 2016). Chris participates in the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation “Safe and Stable Home Project.”  In his spare time, he enjoys all Georgia sports, playing tennis, and music.
