Beth Gilchrist

Beth Gilchrist is an attorney in the firm’s estate planning practice helping with wills and trusts, medical directives powers of attorney and probate and estate administration. She brings ten years of estate planning background to Weissman and has helped many gift a peace of mind to their loved ones. From business planning to family asset protection, she has it covered. Earlier in her career, she worked with agents, lenders, buyers, sellers, builders, and investors in residential home sales, purchases, and refinances. Beth’s knowledge and experience, combined with her personal touch, will ensure all estate planning clients receive exceptional care.

She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and a 2020 graduate of Leadership Sandy Springs. In February 2020, Beth published one of the featured articles for the Georgia Bar Journal regarding tax laws, and she currently serves as the editor-in-chief. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking, outdoor activities, and listening to music. She lives in Sandy Springs with her adopted dog, Bear.
