W. Brock Watkins

Brock Watkins, an attorney in the Firm’s residential closing practice, counsels clients on many types of real estate transactions, including new and existing home purchases and sales and refinances.

Prior to joining Weissman, Brock was a closing attorney with O’Kelly and Sorohan, LLC, and represented various lenders, buyers, sellers and builders in Georgia.   Earlier in his career, he worked as a contract attorney specializing in e-discovery.

Brock is a member of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association and the State Bar of Georgia, Real Property Law Section.

He volunteers with Special Olympics Georgia during the Summer Games each year.  In his spare time, Brock can be found with his wife exploring the parks and trails around Atlanta. He is also an avid college football fan.
