David G. Reddick

David Reddick, a partner with the firm’s residential real estate practice, counsels clients on real estate transactions including cash purchases, conventional, FHA, and VA loans as well as foreclosure resales, short sales and new home sales. Committed to maintaining long-term relationships with his clients, David works with buyers, sellers, agents and lenders to make sure all issues are resolved prior to closing ensuring a smooth transaction.

He began practicing law in 1986 and focused primarily on real estate law in 1992 when he opened Conyers office for an Atlanta firm.  He has been a constant in the Conyers community from that day forward.  David is a member of the East Metro Board of REALTORS® and Georgia Real Estate Closing Attorneys Association.

Prior to his law career, he was a public accountant with KPMG and Management Science America.  In his spare time, David enjoys spending time with family, especially his grandsons, and playing golf.
