Nomiki N. Klonaris
Of Counsel
Nomiki Klonaris, an attorney in the Firm’s residential closing practice, brings almost 20 years of real estate experience to Weissman. She has a deep understanding of title as it relates to residential closings allowing her to counsel agents, buyers, seller, lenders and investors on risk allocation and problem solving. Her priority is ensuring a smooth closing experience from counsel to closing.
Prior to joining Weissman, Nomiki practiced law both as a litigator and a real estate attorney. Her broad experience, including working with mortgage lenders and loan servicers on title curative issues, gives her a deep understanding of real estate transactions from several perspectives.
She is a member of National Charity League, Inc., a mother-daughter philanthropic organization. She enjoys volunteering with her daughters at various local philanthropies including Foster Care Support Foundation, Community Assistance Center, Dunwoody Nature Center and Children’s Restoration Network.
Nomiki is a native of Atlanta. In her spare time, she enjoys trying new recipes, yoga, tennis and is captain of a USTA Atlanta Tennis Team.
