Ryan M. Reid

Ryan Reid is a partner in the firm’s residential closing practice in Gainesville. He works with agents, lenders, homebuyers and sellers on residential sales, purchases, REO and refinance closings.  His commitment to excellent client service coupled with his ability to resolve complex title issues quickly ensures a smooth closing for all parties in the transaction.

Prior to joining Weissman, Ryan managed his own practice as a local Gainesville real estate attorney since 2011. Prior to that, Ryan practiced in real estate and general practice at Whelchel, Dunlap, Jarrard & Walker and the predecessor firm of Carey, Jarrard & Walker in Gainesville, Georgia since 2003.

He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, and a member of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar.  Ryan also served two terms on the Hall County Board of Realtors’ executive board from 2011 to 2013.

He is a member of the Gainesville Kiwanis. Ryan is an avid outdoorsman and competitive shooter.  He enjoys spending as much time as he can with his wife, Melissa, and their two sons, Liam & Colin.
