Samuel L. Feldman

Sam Feldman brings over 25 years of legal experience providing real estate closing and title services to lenders, builders, developers and consumers. In addition to closing commercial, residential and construction transactions, Sam brings extensive experience in the examination of residential and commercial real estate titles. He provides corrective work for difficult title problems, provides title insurance commitments and policies working with major title insurance companies and has served as an expert witness in litigation. His practice also includes serving as counsel to lenders in residential, mixed-use and commercial property foreclosure sales and workouts including modifications, extensions of loan documents and deeds in lieu of foreclosure.
Prior to joining Weissman, Sam maintained a private practice providing commercial and residential real estate closing and title services and foreclosure work as well as wills, estate planning and the formation of corporations, LLC’s and partnerships. Earlier in his career, he was a partner with Dodson, Feldman & Dorough, LLP.
Sam is actively involved in numerous professional associations including the American Bar Association, Sandy Springs Bar Association, State Bar of Georgia, Georgia Real Estate Closing Attorneys Association (GRECAA) and The Lawyers Club of Atlanta. Sam has earned an “AV” rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory – the highest rating given, indicating that his professional colleagues rate his legal ability as “very high to preeminent.”
Also active in Atlanta community and fundraising organizations, Sam has served on committees at the Greenfield Hebrew Academy of Atlanta and The Weber School. He has also been active as a coach and volunteer at the Marcus Jewish Community Center of Atlanta, Inc. (MJCCA) and the Northside Youth Organization (NYO).
