Discuss disclosure obligations of sellers, inspection, construction and repair issues that arise in contracts and a detailed discussion of the issues that arise in New Construction Purchase and Sale Agreements.
Red Book Class IV – Contract Disputes and Risk Allocation in Contracts; Special Topics
