She handles profitably growing the practice, talent management, delegating assignments and managing workflow, and personally managing key client relationships. She’s worked with domestic and international owners, investors, builders, and developers on complex commercial real estate projects, completing over $1B in transactions throughout her career. With her institutional knowledge, transaction solutions and execution, organized management process, business generation acumen, and impactful involvement, she is a trusted, valued and sought-after resource for her extensive real estate industry and civic network.

Maria’s service in various civic and industry leadership roles includes: ULI Atlanta Board and Center for Leadership alum, Neighborhood Nexus Advisory Board, REGA (Real Estate Group Atlanta) Board, GAHBA (Inner Atlanta Chapter Executive Committee), CREW Atlanta (Leadership Day Chair and CREW Leadership alum), and the Marietta Street Artery land use committee. As a downtown Atlanta (historic, adaptive reuse) property owner and resident for over two decades, and an active real estate investor, Maria advocates on neighborhood development and land use issues, connecting people and ideas.
